New Home Workouts – No Equipment Needed
Kicking off with this week’s Upper Body strength workout we’ll be releasing a video every week, they will target different key areas making sure you get a full body training plan.
The workouts couldn’t be more simple, they require no equipment and can be done at home, in the gym, or in any outside space.
Quick and Easy Upper Body Workout
This week’s upper body workout uses 5 simple moves, try each one for 30 seconds (then have a 30 second rest). You can increase the work time and decrease the rest time the stronger you get.
